At Tenvellon, we ship everyday carry gear, titanium tools, writing instruments, pocket tools, safety alarms, and related accessories to customers in selected countries and regions.

Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Tenvellon, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Information

This policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered. It also explains important information about shipping fees, customs, delivery risks, failed delivery, and return shipping.

 

Where We Ship

Tenvellon ships to selected countries and regions shown at checkout.

Available shipping destinations may vary depending on the product, carrier availability, local customs rules, and regional delivery restrictions.

If your country or region is not available at checkout, we may not currently support delivery to your location.

Orders to remote areas, islands, military addresses, PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or areas with limited carrier coverage may take longer to arrive or may require a different shipping method.

 

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing may take longer during product launches, holiday seasons, promotional periods, pre-order campaigns, or when additional order verification is required.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipping method.

 

Shipping Origin and Fulfillment

Most Tenvellon orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners and warehouses in China. In some cases, products may be shipped from local or regional warehouses when inventory is available.

The shipping method may vary depending on the destination, product type, order value, package weight, carrier availability, and shipping cost.

We may use international registered parcels, dedicated shipping lines, postal services, or express carriers depending on the order.

 

Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and local carrier performance.

As a general reference, many international orders arrive within 7–20 business days after dispatch. However, this is only an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.

Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspection, local holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping information, remote area delivery, or other circumstances outside our control.

Any delivery date provided by Tenvellon, our carriers, or tracking systems is an estimate only. Tenvellon is not responsible for reasonable or unavoidable delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product type, order value, package weight, and available shipping methods.

Free shipping may be available for selected countries, regions, products, or order thresholds. If free shipping applies to your order, it will be shown at checkout.

Some destinations may require a shipping fee even if free shipping is available in other regions.

 

Duties, Taxes and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, or other local charges depending on the destination country or region.

Unless these charges are collected at checkout and clearly displayed as part of your order total, they are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs authority. Tenvellon does not control these fees and cannot predict the exact amount.

If you refuse a shipment due to unpaid duties, taxes, or import fees, the package may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority. In such cases, original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs charges, and other related costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

 

Customs and Import Restrictions

Some destinations may have import restrictions for certain everyday carry tools, metal accessories, electronic items, batteries, alarms, or similar products.

Customers are responsible for checking whether the products they order can be legally imported, owned, carried, or used in their destination country or region.

Tenvellon is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, seizure, return, additional charges, or non-delivery caused by local customs rules, import restrictions, or the customer’s failure to comply with local regulations.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier. International shipments may also show limited tracking updates while the parcel is in transit between countries.

You can track your order through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or through the tracking page on our website.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at sales@tenvellon.com with your order number and email address.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, email address, postal code, and recipient name are accurate before completing your order.

Tenvellon is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address or redirect the package.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, reshipping fee, and any related carrier charges.

 

PO Boxes and Special Addresses

Some carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, military addresses, or certain restricted locations.

If your shipping address is not supported by the available carrier, we may contact you for an alternative address.

If we cannot obtain a valid shipping address, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@tenvellon.com.

Orders can usually be changed or cancelled before they are fulfilled or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled, handed over to the carrier, or assigned a tracking number, we may not be able to cancel or modify the shipment.

If the order has already shipped, it will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

For EU customers, withdrawal requests may be submitted during the applicable withdrawal period in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

 

Failed Delivery, Refused Packages and Unclaimed Orders

If the carrier attempts delivery but cannot complete it, they may leave a notice, contact you directly, or hold the package for pickup.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow carrier instructions and collect the package within the required timeframe.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or abandoned due to customer action or inaction, any original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs charges, and related costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

If you still want the order to be delivered, a reshipping fee may apply.

 

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at sales@tenvellon.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will help check the shipment status with the carrier where possible.

If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, Tenvellon will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the carrier investigation result, order status, and product availability.

Tenvellon is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier to the correct shipping address. However, we will do our best to assist you in checking with the carrier.

 

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@tenvellon.com within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage

Please keep the original packaging and all items until the issue has been reviewed.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by shipping damage, missing items, or a fulfillment error, we will provide a suitable solution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

 

Pre-Orders and Backordered Items

Some products may be sold as pre-orders or backordered items.

If an item is listed as a pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page, order page, or related product communication where applicable.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items may change due to production schedules, quality checks, customs clearance, or logistics delays.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together or separately depending on inventory and shipping arrangements.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping is handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

For returns made due to change of mind, wrong item selection, or other non-defective reasons, customers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by Tenvellon in writing.

For customers in the European Union exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts due to our error, please contact us before returning the item so we can provide the appropriate next steps.

Do not return any product without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, rejected, or not eligible for refund.
